This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of our digital CAD files and custom CAD drafting services.

Please review the applicable section below before completing your purchase.

A. Digital CAD Files — Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Products — Final Sale

Our ready-made CAD files and other downloadable digital products are delivered electronically.

Because digital files can be downloaded, copied, saved, and used electronically, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

We do not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the file, or purchases a file that does not meet their intended needs.

2. When a Refund or Replacement May Be Considered

We will review a refund or replacement request if:

• The purchased file was not delivered because of a technical problem on our side. 
• The file delivered is materially different from the product description. 
• The file is corrupted or cannot reasonably be opened in the advertised file format, and we are unable to provide a usable replacement. 
• The customer was accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase. 

Please contact us with your order information and a description of the issue so that we can review the request.

3. Downloaded Files

Digital CAD files cannot be physically returned after they have been delivered or downloaded. Therefore, standard returns are not available for downloaded digital products.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, file format, dimensions, drawings included, and other product information before purchasing.

5. CAD File Disclaimer

Unless specifically stated in writing, ready-made CAD files are provided as drafting/design resources.

They are not represented as licensed architectural, engineering, structural, surveying, permitting, legal, or other professional services.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular drawing or CAD file is suitable for their project and whether review, modification, approval, stamping, certification, or other services from an appropriately licensed professional are required.

B. Custom CAD Drafting Services — Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a customer requests cancellation before drafting work has started, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once drafting work has started, the customer may request cancellation.

Because time and work have already been dedicated to the project, any refund will be determined based on the amount of work already completed and the terms agreed upon for the project.

We may retain the portion of the payment reasonably attributable to work already performed and refund any remaining eligible amount.

3. After Completion or Delivery

Once the agreed drafting work has been substantially completed and delivered, payment is generally non-refundable.

However, if the delivered work materially fails to conform to the agreed project scope, please contact us. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide reasonable corrections or another appropriate resolution.

4. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a service will be stated in the service description, quotation, or project agreement.

Requests that substantially change the original project scope may require an additional fee and/or a revised delivery date.

5. Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, dimensions, photographs, reference drawings, specifications, and other information necessary for the project.

If inaccurate, incomplete, or changed information provided by the customer requires additional drafting work, additional fees may apply.

6. Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed delivery timeframe.

Delays caused by missing information, late customer responses, requested scope changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may require the delivery date to be adjusted.

7. CAD Drafting Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated in writing, our custom CAD drafting services are drafting/design support services and do not constitute licensed architectural, engineering, structural, surveying, legal, permitting, or other professional services.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for obtaining review, approval, stamping, certification, or other services from an appropriately licensed professional.

C. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable law.
